Hello. I’m Dr Stephanie Livingston licensed clinical and performance psychologist and coach. I help people reach their maximum potential through optimal performance strategies in the following areas: TALENTS (sports & entertainment); WORK: (job & school) and WELL-BEING (health & dating).
